Ilocos Sur Festival

 


The festival of Ilocos Sur is the Kannawidan Festival. It is one of the most famous celebrations in the province. This festival is held every year to celebrate the founding anniversary of Ilocos Sur. People from different towns gather to join the activities and enjoy the celebration.
